I loved this item from Engadget.com. In a head-to-head text messaging contest, a 93-year old telegraph operator beat a 13-year old girl. The message was, "Hey, girlfriend, you can text all your best pals to tell them where you are going and what you are wearing." Even with all the SMS Slang, morse code won out.
